The medium-density linear polyethylene floating body has good oil resistance, smooth surface and wear resistance. It can be dragged on the beach sand without damage. The product is impact-resistant. The floating body produced by our company is designed according to the buoyancy-gravity ratio of 130%. It can float 6 meters of steel pipe and 2 meters of flanged hose. It is conventionally prepared. It is better to prepare one pipeline every 3-4 meters. If you want to increase the buoyancy, you can also design it separately. Please make the decision according to the specific construction conditions, pipeline weight and sediment density.
Installation of medium-density polyethylene plastic floating body: The floating body should be installed with the backing plates, bolts and straps provided by the manufacturer. The installation should be tight and the plastic should not be deformed. Double nuts should be equipped during installation. Avoid sharp objects stabbing the floating body.
